•We keep data as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then anonymize or securely delete it.

•We share only with: hosting provider, payment processors, anti-fraud solution, SellAuth platform — solely to provide the service.

•No sale of personal data.

•Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability (within legal/RGPD limits).

•To exercise your rights: contact us (see §12). We may ask for proof of identity.

•Technical and organizational measures (in-transit encryption, access control). No system is 100% secure, but we apply best practices.

•Our services are not directed to minors. If you believe a minor provided data, contact us for removal.

•When data leaves your country/EU, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
