•These terms apply to all our SellAuth themes and pages: templates, integrations (.njk / Nunjucks), variants, customizations, and related deliverables.
•By confirming an order (standard or custom), you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
2. Production & Delivery
•All themes are produced by Tokyo Market. Delivery is digital (files, .njk snippets, integration guide) via dashboard or email.
•Minor adjustments may be provided at our discretion (design consistency, quick fixes).
3. Refund Policy
•Themes are non-refundable after delivery, including custom themes, except in the event of a proven inability to deliver the agreed deliverable.
4. Resale & Exclusivity
•Tokyo Market reserves the right to resell a theme to multiple clients, including custom themes.
•Exclusivity is granted only if agreed and confirmed in writing before payment (specific conditions and possible surcharge).
5. License
•Non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use on your declared stores/domains. Any resale, public sharing of source files, or unauthorized distribution is prohibited.
6. Support
•Support via Discord (priority). Please include your order ID and screenshots if needed.
7. Updates
•Major SellAuth updates or changes may require paid adaptations. Critical fixes may be provided at Tokyo Market’s discretion.
8. Changes to Terms
•These terms may change. The online version at the time of purchase prevails.
